The employees who check you in and out were very thorough and pleasant. Mark, the Shop Foreman, was diligent in diagnosing and repairing two repairs. He even took the time to take a ride with me to "hear the noise". Gabby, my Service Advisor, kept me informed the entire time on the progress of the repairs. Bill, the Asst Parts & Service Manager, was also instrumental in making this process run smoothly. I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership and the service department is a major factor in that decision. Keep up the good work!!

Had a flat tire on my brand-new AMG just 5 days after I got the car. Good thing I purchased the wheel and tire package. Leo was great to work with. He had me bring the car in. Thought he had one replacement, but it turned out to be a different tread design. He tried to get a tire the next day, but it was not available locally. Had to go to Ohio for the tire size. Took three days to get the tire delivered. Leo kept me updated daily on the status of the tire. This was my only experience ...

Coming here before Ownership Change. Nice Place. I was told I had to pay dbl cause my car is an 07 Model. That was here last year(Reg.Price) Diagnostic Test. Which i had already. Blown Gasket & it sat for 7 months. App 2:45 Fri14 . Called Fri & She said the guy never finished see you mon. Mon4:18 nothing yet?????????? Same-thing happen on a fri with my S550. Im Clueless.

I purchased a new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. I also purchased the 4 year maintenance plan when I purchased this vehicle and used Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City for the service. Unfortunately, moisture accumulated in the passenger-side front headlight. The Mercedes-Benz customer service representative stated the moisture was caused by a defective headlight seal. Mercedes-Benz recognized the headlight assembly was defective and offered to discount only the cost of the headlight. I still had to paid over $1,300 to replace the defective headlight assembly. The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 is only a few thousand miles over its warranty. Mercedes-Benz should stand behind ...
