Well I live much closer to another Mercedes dealership but… there is no comparison in the attention and friendliness here at AC Mercedes. MB of AC service dept. was behind in appts. when I arrived on time. The service time took much longer due to service dept. having a part break & trying to get it fixed or replaced in order to finish servicing my car. Otherwise, I was quite pleased with the service & especially the arrangements made for me to get home & come back to get my car.

Every time we bring in our GLB 250 Gabby makes sure we have a loaner vehicle at our disposal. She has a great personality and disposition. You can tell she loves her job. Cheers to her.

Personable & willing to go out of their way to accommodate customers. As a whole, the team worked very well to make sure I was notified of updates while repairing my car. I was extremely appreciative of the loaner vehicle during the repair time of my car (3+ weeks total). However, more attention to interior conditions of the loaner cars they issue should be improved.

Without a doubt, the worst new car sales experience ever. I believe they lied to my wife to get a sale, saying they would pick up our car for service despite us living at least an hour away. My wife WILL NOT GO to MBCH for service (Yes, I KNOW that's the answer) and, no surprise, MBAC service will not pick up our car so we just make a day of it to get routine service. I was pleasantly greeted by the Mercedes staff when pulling into the drop off garage. While I had a short wait for Kelvin, who is awesome, I enjoyed a cup of got coffee and a snack and watched tv. This dealership feels like home!

Leo was very good he explained not only the service work was performed but the service needed. I was not happy with the pricing because I had gotten a price that was 1/3 of what you quoted but other than that it was a very good experience I did not have it done. I still have not had it done. I’m debating whether to get it done. It doesn’t affect the functioning of the car so it’s not an emergency.

The dealership is clean and the employees are all knowledgeable and friendly. From sales to service I've been very happy with my experience. Very professional. I can't say enough positive things!!! I highly recommend them

Everyone we've come across have been welcoming and helpful. Our salesman David was excellent with his patience as we took alittle longer to decide what we wanted but he never gave up. He is definitely an asset !!! I'm having some issues but the entire team are going above and beyond from Todd the Manager to Mark the manager in service to resolve any issue.
