Upon entering the staff seemed bothered that I didn't know what to expect. She seemed to warm up as our conversation progressed. I am disappointed that my brakes are squeaking and I am going to call now. The person "selling" services didn't seem interested in explaining much to me. It would be nice to give an accurate time frame or check-ins once car is being serviced. Overall good experience.

Rossi is great, he tends to all issues my car may encounter. Service personnel need to be more attentive to all things that may be wrong with my car when it is in the shop. I like to know all things wrong with my car so it can be repaired, in a timely manner - this is the reason I come to an MB service center and not any random mechanic. I would appreciate service personnel looking at my car totally, not overlooking things not on the list. Thanks! Overall, I am satisfied with AC MB.

Leo is the best. I often sit and work while waiting for my car, but he definitely goes out of his way to make my stay quick and comfortable. He goes above and beyond. The rest of the staff are equally as accommodating, and I have no problem recommending this dealership for service.
They consistently provide great service including loaner cars. Their detail department is by far the finest I’ve ever went to. I got my car detailed and it was extremely filthy. (I was actually embarrassed)
They did an amazing job. They got stains out on the carpet I never thought would come out!
They did a paint correction on my exterior and the car actually looked better than new!! The manager was so kind and he even found my wallet that I thought was lost for the past year!!

There is a problem that keeps happening..the computer on the front end keeps having a problem keeps going out of wack it ruined a set of tires..went out of alignment.and in 3 weeks tire was ruined…the men at Atlantic City did what they could to fix it. I think you should put a recall on the problem, a lot of people are having problems with this issue
Kevin does a great job and he is the best service tech I have ever had since I have owned a MB. He handles everything well whether it is a scheduled service or an emergency.
